Please email a few photos of the garden, your postcode, and a short note about what you’d like done to contact@homelawn.co.uk. We normally reply the same day with a clear price and our earliest availability.
Can I use WhatsApp or text instead?
Email is preferred so photos and details don’t get lost, but WhatsApp or text is fine if easier.
How much is a lawn cut?
Final price depends on size, access and grass length. If it’s very long, we’ll confirm any extra “first-cut” time before starting.
What’s included in a standard visit?
Mowing, precise edging, a light weed tidy of beds and paths, and a full sweep/blow of hard surfaces for a tidy finish.
Do you take away green waste?
If you have a council garden-waste bin, we’ll use it. Otherwise we can bag and remove waste from £10 per extra bag, larger loads from £40. We always confirm removal costs up-front.
Do you trim hedges and shrubs?
Yes, light trimming and shaping up to safe step-ladder height. Larger reductions or tree work are quoted separately or referred to a specialist.
Do I need to be at home?
No. Please ensure the gate is unlocked and pets are secure. We can email updates and photos on completion if you’d like.
What happens if the weather’s bad?
Light showers are fine. In heavy rain or high winds we’ll reschedule at no charge to the next available slot.
